Dear Pen Friend,
I do not attempt to justify my past behavior, that lead me to this dreaded locale, I have taken every measure to truly rehabilitate myself through self-examination, self-analysis and self-correction. I’m an avid reader who reads many books on many subjects. I’m a student of life in the University of life.
If I had to describe myself, I would say I’m a nature kind of person, I love the outdoors and getting intimate with nature and I tend to reflect a lot on life, and don’t mind talking to interesting people. As I have an affinity for people of different cultures and religions but most importantly, I like to be around people like me who are unpredictable and don’t limit themselves to life’s beauty. I look for those who remain true to themselves, I look for authenticity.
My life is an open book and I’m not afraid to show the world my flaws. I also love that I’m not afraid to laugh at myself or be a little silly at times. Now, I try not to take life too seriously but I’m very aware of the mistakes, while being conscious not to recreate them. I am also fearless.
I cannot be defined or stereotyped just because I’m in prison. Anyway, this is me introducing myself to the world, a man who has spent 25 years within these walls. Now please feel free to introduce yourself, I look forward to hearing from you!
