I like to keep things light and joke around when I can. Life’s a lot easier when you stay grateful for the little things. I’m big into rock and country music — if it has soul or a good story, I’m into it. I’m very spiritual and actively participate in sweat lodge ceremonies, which help keep me grounded and centered.
For fun, I enjoy reading — mostly horror and true crime — and keeping up with different TV series. I also stay active with calisthenics, lifting weights, and playing pinochle whenever I can. It helps pass the time and keeps my mind and body sharp.
