Chris is 40 and incarcerated in the US (IL).
Hi, I’m Chris. I’ve been in prison for over a decade and have a long way to go before release. I’ve spent my time in prison reflecting on life, studying, listening and learning. And I have come to the conclusion that selfishness is the cause of all the evil in the world and that love is the cure for all the world’s problems. I’ve made the decision that I never want to hurt another human being ever again. I do not even want to say or do anything that might hurt anyone’s feelings. I embrace love as the highest value in the universe and I wish to be a portal through which love and kindness are able to enter into this world. I would like to build and grow and create and contribute and help to make this world a better place than the one that was given to me when I was a little boy. I’m awakened now and the little light inside of me is shining bright and beautiful. My newfound attitude is not very popular in a maximum-security prison. So I decided to reach out to this pen-pal website and see if there’s anyone out there who feels how I feel. If so, I’ll be happy to have you for my friend. Hope to hear from you very soon.
Humbly, sincerely, respectfully, your pal – Chris.
