Conner is 32 and incarcerated in the US (KY).
I’m killing time while I wait for life to shower me with meaning and happiness. Honestly, it’s taking its sweet time, so I’m hoping I can spend these moments talking to you. Life’s thrown me some big curveballs, and while I’m not exactly proud of every choice I’ve made, I’m doing what I can to turn things around. If you’ve ever made a horrible decision that cost someone else dearly, you’ll probably understand where I’m coming from. The mistake I made cost my friend his life, and that’s something I’ll carry with me forever. It’s the hardest thing I’ve had to face, but I’m working to make that pain count for something—trying to become a better man because of it.
I’ve got Chicago roots, raised in Louisville, Kentucky, and along the way, I’ve lived in a couple of other interesting places. I like to think I’ve picked up a little something from each spot. I’ve got a love for sports (you can’t grow up in Chicago without some serious sports pride), and I’m a big animal lover, too. Honestly, if there’s anything that makes me feel connected to the world, it’s the joy of helping others, and I have a real desire to make a positive difference—whether it’s with the people around me or through the bigger picture.
So, I’m Connor. Not perfect, definitely not the guy I used to be, but I’m working on it. I’ve got a quick wit and a sense of humor that helps me get through the darker days, and I’m all about finding redemption in the smallest of moments. Creativity’s my escape—whether it’s sketching, writing short stories (they’re not exactly Shakespeare, but hey, they’re fun), or diving into all kinds of books. I’m the guy reading both true crime and self-help, because balance, right? I’ve even written a poem about coffee. Yeah, I know, I’m that deep.
I’m also big on personal growth—taking courses on things like finance and communication, because when I step back into the outside world, I want to be someone who actually knows how to live, not just survive. One day, I’ll be that guy who knows how to make a taco salad so good you’ll wonder how you ever lived without it.
But enough about me—what about you? What’s your story? Got any hobbies or interests that most people wouldn’t expect? What’s something you’re passionate about that you could talk about for hours? I love hearing people’s stories and getting into conversations that go beyond the surface level.
