Hello Future Pen Pals! I hope everyone is doing well. As for myself, I’m maintaining, taking it one day at a time. We only live once so let’s enjoy life, friendship and whatever the future holds. We don’t have anything to lose, however we may have everything to gain, overstand!
I’m originally from “The Bronx”, in New York City. Even though, my mom’s tried her very best to raise my little brother and I being a single parent, I chose the wrong path in life, and basically became a product of my environment at a young age. I’m really a good person with an upbeat personality. I just made some bad choices at times. I take full responsibility for my actions. I’m currently enrolled in college courses for my associate’s degree in liberal studies. Besides my mom, some family members, and a couple friends, it’s been hard to find positive people in my life that are real. Sometimes in life you have to go through the worst to get to the best. This pen pal thing is new to me. When you’re up and doing good a lot of people act like they’re your friends, however times like this when your down, you find out who your real friends and loved ones are. I’m looking for some positive people with good energy, people that are understanding, and believe in forgiveness that I can be pen pals with, and build a friendship that will always last. I’m optimistic, and try to see the glass half full. It’s not just about me. I’m going to reciprocate the good energy right back, and be a positive factor in others’ lives by helping people that might be going through things as well so I can be that beacon of light and hope, overstand!
