Erick is 39 and incarcerated in the US (CA).

Looking for an expert in high 5’s! Are you a positive/creative person who wants to talk with a like-minded person? I want to make new friends 🙂 Tell me about yourself. I enjoy meeting people everywhere I go and getting to know their story.
Creativity follows me everywhere I go and is in everything I say and do. I see beauty in everything. Right now, I’m heavily involved in the arts program here in San Quentin. I paint, draw, and make prints. I participate in many art-related events held around the prison.
I love horror movies, video games, comics, books, and everything else geeky/nerdy. Spirituality is important to me. I enjoy meditation, Buddhist/Jewish service. I don’t believe in God, but instead an unseen force. Art is a huge passion of mine. I work for a nonprofit from within prison. I’m trying to work for another art-related nonprofit to sell my artwork.
I have exhibited artwork in local shows in the Bay Area and other places in the United States. Fitness is important to me. I work out five days a week. I’m going to college right now, but I have a Bachelor’s Degree from before I came to prison. I go to several self-help groups and enjoy learning about myself. I strive to be the best me every day.
I plan to become a tattoo artist/entrepreneur/freelance illustrator after I leave prison. I’m not letting prison box me in, and the artist community is very important to me, inside and outside of prison.
Let’s talk!
