Hi there, I’m Jeremiah, and I’m thirty-five years old. I have been behind bars for about 11 years, and I have eight more to go. My life has undergone significant change during this time. I was living my life for a very long time without any direction or guidance. I don’t blame my upbringing; rather, I blame the decisions and influences in my life. I have discovered a relationship with God and what it means to be a man of integrity, character, and God since embarking on this journey. In addition, I feel free and at peace for the first time in my life. freedom from everything that had previously imprisoned me. Among the many lessons I’ve learned from this experience, one of the most significant is to value the people you care about the most. I am a father of three, and I cannot express how much I love them. They inspire me to improve every single day. Even though I am not physically present, I am confident that the attention I give them and the examples I set for them will eventually have a significant impact on their development. People around us are genuinely impacted by the way we live our lives. Since being incarcerated I have accomplished a lot, but I’m not here to brag or boast, I am proud of the progress I’ve made since being incarcerated. I never give myself any credit, but I was told that I needed to start. I enjoy and love the following activities: Bible studies. Family time. nearly every genre of music. Action, comedy, and romance movies. Fishing. ATVs. Going camping. strolling when it’s cool outside in the evenings. Delicious food. I love to cook. Spoiling my children. I pray that one day I will be able to share my life with a woman of God.
