God and family are the most important things to me, and in that order. I am a big Hip-Hop head, both old school and new. I have my headphones on all the time, not only for the music, but to drown out the noise in here. I’m half Hawaiian, and so very proud of it! I’m a recovering addict, with three years of sobriety, Amen. I spend a lot of time in here drawing to pass the days, and I’ve gotten good at it over the years (25+). I love playing sports, I don’t watch them much anymore. I love to cook also, and have cooked for most of the prisons I’ve been housed at. It’s not like cooking at home because I’m cooking for about 800 men. Although I’m almost 50, I am looking to get to know a lady in her twenties or thirties.

I am 5’11, 180 lbs, I like to think I have an athletic body type. I like to exercise to stay healthy, and in here it helps to pass the time. I like putting on some music as I work out and while I’m drawing. I can spend a whole day at my desk like that. I am an only child for my parents, but I spent my childhood being raised by my grandmother. My grandmother had 9 children of her own, so we always had someone visiting the house, and that was cool because it taught me a lot about family, and how to respect, love, and care for family and others. I was also able to get close to a lot of my cousins.

I have 4 years left on my sentence but hope to have a year taken off that sentence on an appeal. I’m not doing such a great job of telling about myself. I promise you though, if you take the time to get to know me, you’ll find that I’m a funny, kind, loyal and amazing man, that you’ll enjoy befriending.
