Hello World!! My name is Joshua. I have been incarcerated a little over fifteen years now, and still have a while to go. I decided to get on Wire of Hope because I am interested in meeting new people, and hopefully building some lasting friendships.

I may be incarcerated, but I keep my mind free. I love to laugh and have a good time. I stay busy with the organizations I lead, working out, and reading & writing. I am a poet and have been published in and out of prison.

Prior to my incarceration, I was in the U.S. Army. I spent 15 months in Iraq and traveled a bit. I love to meet new people from exotic places.

As I previously said, I am here because I like to meet new people. I am an open book and am curious by nature. I believe everyone has a story and would like to know yours. If you write, I will be sure to respond. I look forward to making new friends.
