Heilsa! (wholeness and good health to you)

My name is Keith. Most people would say I am straight forward, honest, and someone who can be counted upon to always keep it real.

I have been incarcerated for 25 years now – so, as much as I’d like to say I am a worldly person – I have done most of my living through the eyes and hearts of those who have blessed me with their presence, friendship and sometimes love over the years.

Even though I am locked up, I consider myself a very active person. I enjoy working out, practicing martial arts and pushing my physical limits. I do my best to live in the moment and when I don’t know what to do next… I remind myself to just… breathe…. as each breath assures health and new opportunity to me.

I enjoy learning and reading non-fiction and feel betterment of self and others is a way of life for me. Some might say I am a little bit of a nerd for such a seeming “bad guy”, but ultimately I try to stay positive, work hard, and maintain an open mind and remember that we are all just a work in progress.

I have obtained a few college degrees while here and am currently in business classes. Investing, entrepreneurship and understanding others are passions of mine.

Even though I don’t have too many worldly experiences – I would like to believe I have a unique perspective, just as I am sure that your personal journey has made you the unique and open-minded person that you are today.

Anything you wish to share or express – I would love to hear as understanding can only come from an open mind and spirit.

I have done my best over the years to build myself to benefit all in my circle, and if I am fortunate enough to have you reach out – maybe we will build something positive as well.

I’m looking for friendship, opportunity to grow, and I invite you to be a part of my journey as I would be honored to be a part of yours.

Thank you for your time and I hope to hear from you soon.

Take Care,
