Hello, my name is Nathan. Everyone who gets to know me just calls me Nate. I am Native American. My tribe is Pima. The original name is Akimel O’odham, located on the Gila River Rez.
I would like to find a friend to share life with. I will reply to everyone who takes the time to say hello and is willing to build a friendship. I do have a tablet with email available, although I still like to write. So yes, snail mail is more than welcome. I’ve been incarcerated going on 14 years. Lately, I’ve been doing a lot of self-reflecting. I continue to work on myself each day, I continue to grow. I want to be a better human being. I am working on just being present.
Some of my interests are drawing, reading, and stars. I’ve been drawing for years. I started out with pen and pencil. A couple of years ago, I began learning how to draw with color. A year ago, I started learning how to paint. Unfortunately, right now, I do not have access to paint. I enjoy reading, primarily prison novels and self-help books. I love learning about stars. Stars and moon than a special meaning to my people. I wish I were able to stargaze. When you see a falling star, make a wish for me.
The two pics that are posted, one is over 5 years old, the other is more recent. It was taken about 10 months ago. Sorry for not smiling and the old one. They are the only two I have available. We only take pics once, maybe twice (if lucky), a year.
