I’m a bi-racial Jewish prisoner of African American and Euro American descent out of Dallas, Texas. I am serving two stacked bids and have been incarcerated since 10-18-03; with 18+ years served on my first sentence, becoming a Grandad.

I seek comrades and friends to help me raise funds for legal matters to hire a lawyer or law firm to sue prison officials for almost two decades of abuse and torture in violation of my prisoner rights and to pursue criminal charges thereof. I am being systematically oppressed and targeted for exercise of my access to courts rights against mistreatment, as well as for helping other prisoners do likewise, as a known Jailhouse Lawyer and Prisoner Activist. This is my first time in prison and I have remained implacable and continue to stand strong and optimistic against the corrupt Texas Department of Criminal Justice Prison Officials. I have educated and rehabilitated myself academically, earning my GED, completing a paralegal course / advanced course in civil litigation and various faith-based and enrichment classes in conjunction with religious studies.
