Pardon me if you come across my page and I seem a little under the wraps in spirit! I’ve come to be incarcerated on behalf of losing my 1-year-old daughter to an illness (Pneumonia and ParaInfluenza) by time I made the ER it was too late to save her the courts said “I didn’t take proper measures to allow aid she was extremely sick and my lack of calling 911 prevented further medical treatment that could have been available by ambulance had I’ve not driven her to the hospital directly myself!” They Convicted me of Child Abuse involving death! Forgive me I just been having a tough time accepting these terms knowing how great I was as a father to have been sent to prison for something I actually didn’t do! My daughter was sick and vomited and she choked on her vomit not in a blanket suffocated as Prosecution stated at trial.
