Edmundo Coto

Hi, my name is Edmundo Coto, but everyone calls me Mundo. I know my name sounds peculiar, but it’s a Latin name (Puerto Rican) given to me by my father. I was named after my grandfather by my father because my grandfather had passed away and around the day of his funeral I was born.
Me posting, or allowing Wire of Hope to post me is completely out of my comfort zone, but I am going home in 5 months and I know social media is a big thing out there so I decided to take a step forward. I’ve been locked up going on 15 years now and during this time I’ve been isolated from the outside world. This being said it wouldn’t hurt to gain a new friend.
I was born and raised in the Virgin Islands and never left home until the prison back home sent me to Virginia. Please don’t be confused about this because there are a lot of us Virgin Islands inmates serving our time in Virginia due to an existing contractual agreement between the Virgin Islands, Bureau of Corrections and the Virginia Department of Corrections. I’ve been in Virginia 13 years now serving my time.
Anyways, more about me? I am into staying in tune with my inner-self where there are inner peace, inner love and inner tranquility. Throughout the years, I have grown into this man who likes to have all control of my emotions. I love hard so when I fall, I fall hard, if you know what I mean. Anyways that’s enough about me. I would like to know more about you. I would like to have a companion in you where we can kick it and talk about everything under the sun. I would like to create and build a friendship with you. Why not give it a shot?
