Never thought I’d be making a Pen-Pal profile. After so many failed relationships I guess I’m still filled with some type of hope. This is a little different though. I’ve been on a few dating apps prior to incarceration. Tinder, BLK, Chispa or Chispa & I think even Bumble. So, I guess we can say I’m not afraid to step outside of whatever the norm would be.
Question I hope not to have to answer too much when we speak is “Why am I in prison…” As much as I wish to say, “It’s just a social experiment lol,” it’s not. Like most on here if not all I screwed up! Some time after my Dad, nephew & big sister’s death I became somewhat angry & afraid to lose anyone else. Around the time I was getting ready to leave on a CNA travel assignment someone I rejected made threats to cause harm to my mother. Instead of reporting the threat of violence I took matters into my own hands which resulted in me attempting to shoot out the engine to their vehicle as a warning not to do what they said they would. They got the message, BUT I obviously was wrong in my way of delivering it. This prison experience has been a huge lesson learned for me. I’m thankful & blessed to say nobody was hurt. I was sentenced to serve 3 years. I have a community release date set for July 19, 2025, or sooner with good behavior.
Before all of this, I worked as a CNA since 2018. After this, I still carry my plan to establish a couple of businesses. I have an awesome guy idea, dog grooming/training & a couple of other plans. I am currently studying to obtain my CDL & also want to be an EMT to come up with the money to launch my businesses properly.
