John is 52 and incarcerated in the US (MN).
Hello my new friend,
I look forward to hearing from you that we can become good friends. I will respond to all that write me, such as anyone from the LGBTQ+ community, social activists and liberals, along with anyone that just wants a good friend; I’m here!
I’m caring, honest, loyal, open-minded and nonjudgmental. I enjoy painting, drawing, music, the outdoors, some sports, auto-racing, classic cars and trucks, rodeo, country life, TV, movies, reading, and writing.
I make the most of my time here and refuse to let this place drag me down. I try to keep a positive outlook on things despite all the negativity around me and I stay as busy as I can be doing paintings, work, etc.
Since being locked up in 2005, I’ve taught myself to paint and play some guitar, which I began in 2007. It has made my time doing life a bit more bearable and enjoyable. Although I do get lonesome at times, so having you in my life would mean a lot, since my family and friends I had have detached from me. I often do feel empty inside and nothing could fill that void better than getting letters and emails from you.
I also would like to hear about your interests and things you enjoy. That is whatever you feel comfortable sharing with me. I’m sure we will chat about many things and have a long-lasting friendship.
So I hope this interests you to write me, and I look forward to hearing from you in the near future.
Your new friend,
John
