Thank you, everyone, for giving me this opportunity to be seen and heard. I am someone who is ready, willing, and very able to make a connection. I’ve been incarcerated for over 6 years, and I feel something is missing in my heart. I do have family that gives me lots of love and support, but it’s not the same. I have feelings and thoughts that I keep locked up with me inside of these prison walls.

Connections are so important in our everyday lives. We tend to take them for granted, never realizing the impact we have had on others. My daughter recently brought my 6-month-old granddaughter to visit me. While I was holding her, she instantly jump-started my heart. I’ve been numb for so long. It’s time for a change.

My daily job is being a para pro in the facility’s music room. My extra time is spent leading the worship team, singing and playing bass, and attending college courses. Art is also a new passion of mine. I listen to all types of music. My two favorites are heavy metal and reggaeton. I love to dance, and I love to be in the kitchen making great food and even bigger messes. My favorite foods are sushi and shrimp tostadas.

Some of my hobbies are fishing, being in the mountains or on a beach, and, of course, shopping. My end game is on a beach somewhere in Puerto Rico. So take me for a spin, and let’s see where this adventure takes us. Please reply via regular mail or by email with Securus.
