Wayne is 67 and incarcerated in the US (PA).
In 2009, some 15 years ago after I led a boycott demonstration I was placed in solitary confinement at a Virginia prison, which were guarded by k-9 dogs. I had noticed the guards being intimate with the dogs, so after I was released from lockup I contacted the ASPCA (animal protection agency) where I exposed the sexual cruelty with the dogs as a whistleblower. However the guards were cleared from any wrongdoing by the courts, despite videotaping of the incidents. (As verified by Philadelphia journalist David M. Reutter. I was soon after sent back to a Pennsylvania prison. (write for copy of C.O.P. headlines)
As a political prisoner for the last 36 years, I am incarcerated for the crime of bank robbery. I’ve endured mental and medical health problems more torturous than the time I’ve been locked up for. I am a victim of mass incarceration here in Pennsylvania. The same stigma may also apply to the Board of Pardons where my petition for clemency and early release has been pending since 2020. If you would like more info about how I became a whistleblower, or just would like to give a kind word of support, and or to share my friendship please write me I will respond to al letters.
