Hello, World!

Thank you for stopping by my profile. I’ve decided to join this program in hopes of gaining new friendships and possibly more. In the last couple of years, I’ve really been through some pretty difficult times. My brother passed away in a tragic motorcycle accident, then my mother passed away. All I have left is my father. It sent me deep into my addiction which landed me in prison. I have a huge heart, and I’m very open, thoughtful, kind, and loving. I smile a lot. I love to make jokes and enjoy making others laugh. I find myself very alone these days, which saddens me. But I keep my head up knowing better days are coming. I always try to find happiness in everything. I am very skilled in construction, and I have a huge work ethic.

I was raised by my mom and dad, both of whom were elementary teachers. Raised in White Bear Lake, Minnesota my whole life, I played hockey, soccer, tennis, running, swimming. I’m still a really big sports fan. The outdoors are very important to me. I love fishing, camping, hiking, mushroom hunting, kayaking, scuba diving, and 4-wheeling. I grew up going to Northern Wisconsin to our cabin on North Sand Lake. The cabin is my “happy place.” I plan on moving there upon my release. I have a 20-year-old daughter. She is in college for nursing. I consider myself very outgoing. I’m much more laidback today. I’ve been single for quite some time. I have written out my goals and have a solid plan to guide me into the good life I have coming to me. I’m open to writing letters back and forth. But I’d really be more open to making telephone calls to new friends.

I’d absolutely love to find someone special I totally click with. See if something amazing and real might happen. I don’t want to be alone in this crazy world. I want to share it with someone special. It’s been a while since I’ve written a profile. I’m taking a leap of faith. I’m looking for new friends or a special woman. Thank you for reading my profile.
