Christopher is 35 and incarcerated in the US (WA).
Sometimes people have to go through very bad things in order to become very good people. This is where my life thus far has shaped me toward understanding, and I wish to meet people who share that perspective.
Ten years ago, I found myself in an extremely toxic relationship that eventually became a fatal attraction. Upon defending myself, I made the mistake of taking her life; and I am now reminded daily how unequipped I was in my ability to make better decisions at that phase of my life. Admittedly, as I look back, I cannot even relate to the person I once was, but it did happen… As I’ve grown, my remorse has become a guiding light in my rehabilitation.
I am at a phase of my prison sentence where cultivating ties to the community is an important facet for me. I will be getting out relatively soon, however, as a result of my incarceration, my relationship with my family and friends has become estranged. Developing healthy connections with uplifting people is one of my key desires for joining Wire of Hope.
Since I have evolved from the man I once was, I write this introduction in hopes to meet people to mutually invest in the values we see in each other. I look forward to meeting people who have an open heart and an open mind.
You can reach me via securustech.net or a handwritten letter to the address listed on here would be much appreciated.
