Don’t worry I’m not looking for a 90-day fiance and I’m not closer off to a platonic friendship either. I do however believe that friends can develop love for one another, so if something evolves into something more great. I would like to meet someone sincere, honest and cares about their health and possibly share some of the same interest as me. I’m not looking for Casper the friendly Ghost so no ghosting me either! Lol.
Incarceration can feel like being in a deep dark hole while hoping for a little sunshine to come in. Being incarcerated has definitely been a lonely period of my life but fortunately for my sanity I have family to speak with on a daily basis. I’m cognizant of the disadvantages I have at making a good first impression because I’ve been ostracized from the day of my arrest. Lord knows I have been no Golden boy throughout my life the reason for which I’m incarcerated for has never been a part of my character. I don’t expect anyone to set aside their intuitions but sometimes our intuitions can blind us from giving a good person a chance. I probably should have started this bio with some good things about me like the fact I’m a positive venture and a secret of outdoorsy delights. I enjoy kayaking, playing guitar, drawing, painting, horseback riding, exercising, dancing, skiing, snowboarding, camping, bicycling, playing golf, motorcycling, fishing and hiking.
I like to garden and grow my own produce. I’m sure I get my interest in gardening from my mother who seems to always be planting something in her garden. I love grilling which is my favorite way to prepare food. If you are unable to barely bake cookies then you need not to worry because I’m a Master chef! Prison cooking 101 has me well rounded in microwave meals and ramen noodles surprises LOL.
Recently I was accepted into a four-year college program through a well-established University. I plan to use what I learned when I get out to help people with substance abuse problems. At the beginning of my incarceration, I was pretty successful at training leader dogs for the blind people and it was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. I like to think of myself as a bit of a canine whisper and friend of most furry creatures. I wholeheartedly subscribe to the notion that life’s a whole lot emptier if one’s not occasionally covered in dog hair and affirmative of the fact to quote Gabriel Zavin, there are 300 words for love in canine- there’s no denying it: happiness is in a moist dog’s nose! I like music in general the country and rock are the bulk of my playlist. I enjoy my performances in particular such as festivals, concerts, gigs, open mics -you name it. Personal hygiene is very important to me and it’s very much lacking in my current neighborhood! I can be a bit OCD when it comes to keeping the inside of my car and home clean. When I get out I’d like to open a small sanctuary for animals and give our unwanted abandoned friends a new life.
