I was arrested within my paid private domain, my possessions seized without a search warrant, nor consent thereof. No ‘Miranda’ was given. No representation was had, and when I stood seeking representation, I was shackled, gagged, and duct tape put about my mouth, wrists, legs, despite behaving passively. I was then removed from the proceedings, unable to see or hear a trial. No appeal has been taken on my behalf; but for my own. No police reports were given, etc. No deal taken. I have not pleaded guilty.

No weapon was used, nor have I physically harmed anyone in the crimes I’ve been convicted of. The buck has simply been passed and there has never been a judicial determination of the [facts]; in that, police use of military technology for the [creation of crime] at the [expense of the lives] of men, women, and children, i.e., (ongoing).

Omission by doj is yet another sorry bit of business, where no accountability is had. As you have seen for yourself, the law has no incentive, other than whim, and public relations, re LK 11:52, [attorney directives], i.e., blacklisting and censorship abound. It is not a stretch that the unreasonable do not understand the reasonable.

I am white/Hispanic. I speak English/Spanish, etc. I’m 5’6 in my socks. I do not do drugs, smoke, or drink, etc. I am from Marin County (San Francisco – Bay Area), California. I seek friends of the same ilk, i.e., loving, kind, reasonable.
