First I will like to say thank you for your time if you’re reading this, and as you continue to read I hope our reasons for writing this ad and reading this ad are both rooted in finding a real friendship. Before I introduce myself, I will like to boldly say I am a man of honesty, sincerity, authenticity, and most of all integrity. I have been incarcerated for 26 years with 9 years left to serve. I have a current clemency pending that can give me an immediate release. I am 47 years young (I say young because a mentality is who we are and age is only a number). I am 5 ft 9 in, light skin tone, brown eyes and hair, and muscular built. I was in a loving relationship for 25 years and in 2014 our time came to an end. After healing and doing serious work on Vernon the person, the man, and my mental health, I now realize I am an asset and no longer a liability.
I was a liability because I was selfish and not a man yet and really didn’t appreciate women, so 10 years later I can say with conviction I am a man and not only do I appreciate women, I need a woman one of a kind loving energy. I do not subscribe to a particular religion, but I am a devout spiritual being and respect all who strive to find their highest self. I love all genres of music. I love reading all books that inspire, I love to run and work out, and I love evolving each day into more of my God being. I have accomplished my ALS and psychology degrees, and have become an inmate mentor. So in ending, I just hope for the chance to meet you and see where our friendship can take us and become!
