Larry is 65 and incarcerated in the US (IL).
Thank you for stopping by my page.
I am seeking to correspond with anyone who can offer me insight or assistance with my case, with a post-conviction petition now being litigated by a public defender assigned to me. My criminal case file #15CR6898 clearly sheds light on my actual innocence or at the very least, raises tremendous doubt as to my guilt, as well as a violation of my constitutional right to due process. There are issues of ineffective assistance of trial counsel, sloppy police investigation (untested ballistics from a gun that then went missing), and withholding of evidence that would clear me. I have been working to right this injustice since I was sentenced but working alone from behind prison walls is an uphill battle. Working with a public defender is also very difficult, due to his caseload and lack of regular communication. I am educated and have an Associate’s Degree from Lewis University and a Bachelor’s Degree from Roosevelt University, both in Illinois. It is my hope that someone with a legal background or who knows of a lawyer who is willing to take a look at my case (on a pro-bono basis), to determine if there is anything I can do to get relief from this wrongful conviction. Thank you for your time.
