Hi! I’ve had the incredible, and sometimes scary, opportunity to observe myself in many different social, and not so social, experiences in my nearly 8.5 years incarcerated. Personal Empowerment And Education Podcasts (over 1,500 hours) – Ted Talks, Super Soul Sunday, Tim Ferriss, Lewis Howes, Tony Robbins, Dan Harris, Sam Harris, Michael Sandler, Hal Elrod, Lisa Bilyeu, Stephen J. Dubner, and more. Music (I listen every night, mostly radio) – Morgan Whalen, Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert, Drake, Cardi B, Kaskade, Maggie Rogers, Selena Gomez, The Weeknd, Nicki Minaj, Tiesto, Calvin Harris, ZHU, Dave Matthews, and more. National Politics – I’m sort of a Libertarian leaning Conservative. I’ve listened to over 1000 hours of NPR radio programs and over 3000 hours of Fox News. I am an auditory learner so I don’t spend a lot of time reading. I do not like to argue. I am not closed off to differing views. Documentaries and Interviews – I love learning about how great achievers, whether impact in the world or personal states of being, view the world. Things I Am Currently Working On – Listening, as opposed to always being in my head or lost in my emotions. Being a Human Being, instead of a Human Doing while trying to finally Be one day. Examining any time I get upset in an attempt to discover if there is some hidden insecurity based belief causing it.
