I’m looking to find positive people that can help me become a better person. I would like to build a friendship on understanding and just getting to know each other. I have grown a lot in my time incarcerated. I became a more positive person that just want more for myself. Being in here, I had to overcome some of the darkest times of my life. That helped me open my eyes up a lot more. I challenge myself with reading things to help me grow, doing programs around the prison and getting in school and I love the feeling it gives me. Now I would like to find people that are different from the things I’m used to and that will not judge me off my past mistakes because I was still young but I’m not that same person no more. I want to open up a business and help people understand it’s a better life for us, we just got to believe it. I always had a good heart. I had to become a better person, not that I was just a messed-up person, I just had to make better decisions. One thing people always liked about me is I could keep people laughing, smiling and enjoying their time around me. I am a very supportive person and easy to get along with. I have goals and plans to do things I never did before like travel, like go see places I have never seen before, you know just enjoy life now. Because I was only 19 when I got locked up, being in here helped me become a better person/man. It helped me understand how messed-up things were around me. The best thing I did being in here was open my mind in a positive way. I would like for you to let me show you what I’m capable of and who I am as an individual/a man and much more. Back then I didn’t know what I wanted but now I do. I would like to get to know you and build a healthy friendship that’s built off of communication, respect, trust and understanding and anything that comes after is a plus. I want to leave you with this, I’m really trying something new, so I’m trying to put myself out there to meet new people the best way I can so I just ask you to bear with me.
