Future penpals, friends, and that special someone… look no further as you’ve just found THE ONE, me that is.

I’m a bodybuilder, MENSA member, and adult film actor. OK, I’m none of those, but I’d surely welcome your correspondence.

Deadly serious and wholly true, I’m serving “life” for a murder of the worst sort. An innocent victim of a cruel injustice, today I’m fortunately represented by attorneys with the Illinois Innocence Project AND Exoneration Project dedicated to reversing my wrongful conviction. Fraught with heartbreak, tragedy, prosecutorial villainy, conspiracy, coverup and more – accompany me as this loathsome injustice is exposed by the emerging light of truth. Cautiously optimistic about my future, I’m immensely grateful my innocence is today so widely recognized.

While I lack direct internet access, the circumstances of my wrongful conviction have a large online presence. If interested visit FreeBart on Facebook or for links to countless news reports, interviews, a podcast, true crime documentaries, photos, and evidence exhibits all relating to my case and other biographical details. Or simply Google me.

Exonerating myself an obvious priority, I’m more than the incarcerated victim of a malicious prosecution. While hardly young, I’m in good health for my age. You might say I’m a collectable classic in good condition, runs great, low miles, no rust, and power everything. Also looking for “my person”, I’d welcome friendly relations with anyone allowing me to be a small part of your life while welcoming you to my own.

No typical convict, I’m largely self-educated with an open curious mind. I have wide ranging interests some of which we likely share in books, TV programs, movies, music, humor, and more. I’m looking forward to sharing with you my own favorites, eager to learn of your own.
