My name is Coryor. Friends call me sleepy because of my eyes. I’m a well-preserved 45 year old. I’ve been incarcerated since the age of 19 for murder. Being young, dumb and easily influenced has costed me precious years of my adulthood. I’m trying my best to right my wrongs. Right now I’m on the backend of my sentence so it looks like by the grace of God I’ll be getting my chance soon. I once read that it’s never too late to become what you might’ve been. So being the best version of myself is what I’m trying to be. This is the first time that I’ve gotten on a penpal site since my incarceration. I was always reluctant because in the back of my mind I felt like why would someone out there want to talk to someone in prison? And I’m sure others share that thought but for one that believes in second chances I would love to open up the door to a potential friendship. I’m a laidback guy who loves to read and play chess. Plus I love to listen. It’s the first trait of a gentleman. I’m also big on karma. I feel like if you put the right energy out there good things will come your way. So here I am trusting the process.
