Ivan is 36 and incarcerated in the US (IL).
How are you doing? Well I hope and pray, while you’re reading this profile of mine, I hope that life is treating you well mentally, spiritually, and physically. The reason why I decided to join this website is because I’m searching for a friend that wouldn’t mind allowing me to live vicariously through them. I have been incarcerated for a long time now and to be completely honest with you, I don’t expect much from you but a little of your precious time, energy, mind, and life experiences. Is that too much to ask for? I don’t judge so there’s no need to be reluctant. I believe that everybody is unique and special in their own way. What I mean by that is, I’m a firm believe that everybody that you encounter on your journey through life is meant to play a certain type of role or part in your life… What that role or part is, is meant for you to discover, you know? The beautiful thing about being incarcerated is that you start to appreciate time and all the small things that life has to offer. Truth be told, I am a totally different person today than who I was when I was free. The reason for that is because I now see the value and significance of all the things that I once took for granted. What I’m trying to say in so many words is that you will be very surprised to know how far a simple letter, email, card, or phone call will take a person such like myself in here. Well, I’m going to end this profile with the anticipation and curiousness to learn what type of role that you will play on this journey of mine. Take care of yourself and smile because you’re most definitely worth it.
