What if I told you this moment, secluded in the seconds that you’re using to read my story, could be the moment that changes everything? That this very moment, very minuscule in stature, can be the key to one of the greatest stories ever told? You’re probably asking why? But I say why not?!
It’s my belief that we’re the fabric of not just choices, but with those we surround ourselves with. This journey isn’t meant to be traveled alone. We’re meant to step out in trust not knowing what may become. The route is built with stories… memories… I’m searching for genuine, meaningful friendships/ I’m an open minded, passionate, comedic soul, always looking for smiles and laughs.
I’ve been incarcerated 23 years. I’ve lived… lost… loved… been broken… Every right overshadowed by the wrong… It’s been a struggle to do so much time, but through it all, I’ve maintained a positive perspective, continuing to build upon my foundation. I have been able to earn over 100+ certificates and two GEDs while maintaining a strong family connection. This past September the appellate court ruled in my favor. I was under 21 when arrested and sentenced excessively. Under the youthful offender act, my sentence will be reduced. It’s becoming clearer that I need to find friendships outside my family. This is where you can play a big role!

This story has many parts… chapters… ups… downs… twists… full of regrets… triumphs… those special moments that bring it all together.
