How are you good people doing? It will only take you a second to read this.

Well, I’m doing as alright as it gets in my current circumstances but I’m working hard to better my future situation, such as working to gain my freedom again and gain a trade or degree while I’m in here. I’m also currently trying to write a book. I love to read all kinds of brooks from autobiographies, fantasy, fiction, non-fiction. I also like all kinds of music such as country, hip-hop, rock, jazz or blues.

I’m a typical down-to-earth guy, I love to enjoy myself and also have others enjoy my company to laugh, learn and explore likes and differences (without all the debating and arguing).

Just good conversation, that’s the reason why I’m looking to correspond with down-to-earth, open-minded, nonjudgmental and positive people that I could possibly build a friendship with.

Being in prison is lonely at night, it’s waiting for letters that no one will write. It’s sitting around with nothing to do, trying to figure out who is who. It’s finding out that hearts are made of stone, and realizing that you are all alone. It’s waiting for visits that will never take place, from family and friends that have forgotten your face. It’s wondering why time seems to move so slow, and every dream you love has no place to go. Therefore I’ll do my time with my head held high, and keep my integrity until the day I die.

When I face off into the darkness that you do not understand, I hope you will wait for me to step back into the light, but if you choose not to, I will thank you kindly, because if you can never understand the dark side of me, you certainly are not worthy of how beautiful my light is. My light is only for the ones who never left me alone in the dark.

Friendships are not about how long you have known someone, it’s about who walks into your life, and tells you I’m here for you, then proves it.

If you feel like you are losing everything, just remember that trees lose their leaves every year, and they still stand tall and wait for better days to come.
