Don’t think there’s been a day (or night) gone by over 9.5 years which I haven’t longed for… Well, not exactly sure, to be honest. There’s days I wish I was overwhelmed with friends. Others where all I want is “the one.” At 33, I have been able to experience a lot and absorbed wisdom. Yet… “love” escapes me. Took a while for reality to settle but now I feel ready to go after whom and what I genuinely want.

Down to 4 years left, but come 2025 or 2026, I could be out, due to a new legislation passed. My focus is on forming a foundation for the future. Currently, I manage time by staying involved with my closest brother and niece. Unfortunately, I’ve yet to have any kids.

I’ve made poor decisions along my journey, but I remain a loving, caring, responsible man regardless. No amount of time can taint that. I make no invaluable excuses for my mistakes. Best way for me to be apologetic is to stay goal-oriented and successful.

In pursuing that happiness, I’m opening up to search for genuine connections. Realistically, and dare I say historically, friendships tend to make the best stories. Not knocking relationships. I want/need to know someone first; wholly in order to love them unconditionally, forever and always. Feel me? I don’t judge books based on covers. I will always encourage your true self to shine through.

In short: I enjoy reading, philosophy, or material shrouded in tapping into one’s higher conscience. Huge R&B fan. I write/sing too. I’ve developed a daily appetite for exercise. Can’t lie… I get an ego boost every time I peel my shirt off. You won’t be disappointed. Promise!! 😛

I have always liked to write poetry, philosophy, or random thoughts. Between jotting down stuff and playing chess, you’d be surprised how much wisdom can be absorbed. Pretty versatile so I enjoy learning new things.

As I said before, I’m seeking genuine connections with women who appreciate a confident, funny, considerate man. I was brought up by women so I have a built-in respect for the strengths you possess.
