Hello, my name is Gankly Samove, but my friends and family call me John.

I am first generation American and both my parents immigrated from Syria in their teens. I am 34 years old. Been blessed to have been born and raised in Southern California. I currently call central California my home as I am incarcerated at (P.V.S.P) Pleasant Valley State Prison. Which is located in Coalinga, California.

I am trying to stay in touch with the outside world and have friends who live outside this institution. I don’t have children and have not been married, yet. lol. I am hopeful that with God’s grace, I’ll remain in tune with the world and all that it entails, family, friends, associates, etc…
