I want to thank my Lord and savior Jesus Christ who’s above all things in my life, despite my faith struggles. I believe in Christianity, but not in a religious way. “The shack” is my favorite movie, book written by Paul Young.
I love to spend time with family and friends. Loyalty to my loved ones is very important as well with serving others and giving time to God is important. Even though I’m a very shy person, I love to dance, music (Kevin Gates is my favorite rapper right now lol…). I love sports and love movies. I love wrestling as well (WWE). My favorite book is “The Secret” by Rhonda Byne (“Law of Attraction”).
I’m not really good at talking about myself. But all I could say is I’m a remorseful offender who’s been through a lot of childhood traumas, despite growing up in the Bronx with an amazing Dominican family which includes my grandma who went to heaven last year.
Even though I’ve been through a lot of traumas in prison, which includes being assaulted by the guards – who some are racists – because of being retaliated against for advocating for myself and will admit I’m institutionalized as well. My purpose in life is to advocate for women, victims and remorseful offenders. I cry, pray, meditate and study on the Me Too movement framework, and upon release after I go through therapy, I will do something very courageous because it has to be done and is what God put in my heart to do.
My hope is that I meet some awesome friends where we could support each other. I’m a good listener, caring and I’m hoping I could meet someone who’s not judgmental.
Low self-esteem and negative things about myself is what lead me to prison. I’m not a monster! Sometime anxiety kicks and I was afraid to even make an attempt for this profile.
