Hi everyone, I’m back.
Been a good but tough year, I was recently denied resentencing by The Alameda County DA’s office. Honestly it was a bit of a shock, I thought my case solid as it can get. No worries I’m not getting down about it. Lots of other avenues follow. I actually become eligible for Board consideration 10/27/23.
I have been doing my best to stay healthy and preserve myself for my potential release. Working out, eating as good as I can. Sometimes good dieting is hard in here, I do try though. I read a lot, listen to music (metal mostly). The majority of my time is spent working workbooks and participating in positive credit earning programming.
The one thing lacking in my life, is good decent outside friends. People to chat with, network, etc. I’m hoping to surround myself with good positive people who are making the most out of life. So if that is you, I hope to hear from you soon. Until then, take care.
