Greetings from behind these walls! My name is Michael Fuqua, and I’m reaching out to the world from my corner of captivity. Now, I may be confined, but my spirit is free, and I’m on a mission to make the most of every moment.

Let me give you a glimpse into my world: I’m a devoted Christian, finding strength and solace in my faith. It’s the guiding force that helps me stay positive and hopeful even in challenging times. I believe in the power of redemption and second chances.

Now, let’s talk business – literally! I’ve got a mind full of inventive ideas that could change the game. Despite my current situation, I’m actively working on turning these ideas into reality. There’s a whole world of possibilities waiting to be explored, and I’m determined to make a mark.

But it’s not just about business for me; it’s about making a difference. I have a genuine passion for bettering the world through my work. Whether it’s contributing to social causes or developing innovations that have a positive impact, I’m all in.

A little about my interests:

• I’m into clean energy – I have revolutionary designs for a new Wind Turbine and Solar Electric concept.

• I love dogs! My Mom is always sending me VideoGrams on my tablet of our dogs because she knows they bring me smiles.

• I wrote a comprehensive prison reform program – “NDNV Prisoner Reform Program,” go check out and join my Facebook group of the same name. Read my program and tell me what you think. I welcome all comments and questions about it. And I’d love your support on it!

• I’ve earned my college degree and over 14 certificates while in here.

• One of my favorite songs is “Lovers and Friends” by Lil Jon.

• I have strong views on a man’s role as the leader of his household and how he has to lead his children to become good adults by the daily example he sets for them by his actions, starting with how they see him treat their mother! I want to teach young men this when I’m released, starting with how they see me treat mine! “Husband” comes from “Husbandry” of animals and agriculture and means “Divine Providence” as the husbandryman is to provide all necessary for it to grow to its fullest potential. Sun, water, shade, nutrients, exercise, etc… depending on the species. We focus on providing our families food, clothing and housing, yet we neglect the example we’re to set, the spiritual guidance, and the time we’re to spend developing those we are responsible for. 1 Timothy 5:8 is telling.

• Similarly, while I listen to a lot of podcasts daily, Dad Edge with Larry Hagner is my absolute favorite. I can’t recommend it enough!
